    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location:** Newton, NC

    **Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift ( 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate a single machine to produce precision parts such as shoulders, steps, tapers, and threads

    + Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure parts meet strict specifications

    + Adjust machine speeds and feeds for optimal performance

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

    + Follow all safety and operational procedures

    + Support the team with additional production tasks as needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Ability to read and follow work instructions in English

    + Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

    + Basic understanding of machine operations and manufacturing processes
