Our client, a leading organization in the finance sector, is seeking a Finance Associate to join their team. As a Finance Associate, you will be part of the finance department supporting various program functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Finance Associate

**Location:** 408 Panama Mall, Stanford, CA (Hybrid - 2 days on site)

What's the Job?

+ Provide accounting and finance-related support to a department/unit, program, or an accounting/finance function.

+ Review, process, gather, and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

+ Compile, maintain, and review data and daily reports for accuracy while generating standardized financial reports.

+ Resolve transactional inquiries and escalate broader issues as necessary.

+ Maintain accounting/finance departmental files and ensure compliance with University policies and federal regulations.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
