    Job Title: Machine Operator

    **Location:** Newton, NC

    **Pay Rate:** $17.00/hour

    **Shift:** 1st Shift - 6AM to 2:30PM

    We’re hiring a **Machine Operator** for a well-established company known for its high standards in the production of precision components.     What You’ll Do:

    + Operate a single machine to produce precision parts including shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and more

    + Use measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure parts meet exact specifications

    + Determine correct machine speeds and feeds to optimize performance

    + Keep your work area organized, safe, and clean

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

    + Support production by taking on additional tasks as needed

    What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Ability to read and interpret work instructions in English

    + Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Basic knowledge of machine operations and manufacturing processes
