Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Sr. Desktop Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Desktop Engineer, you will be part of the Corporate IT team supporting various endpoint technologies. The ideal candidate will have proactive thinking, complex problem-solving skills, and a strong background in desktop environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr. Desktop Engineer

Pay Range: $0 - $150,000

What's the Job?

+ Manage and maintain a large fleet of MacOS and Windows devices.

+ Package applications and secure operating systems to ensure optimal functionality.

+ Develop and maintain scripts using Bash, Python, and PowerShell for automation and system tuning.

+ Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

+ Stay current with new and emerging technologies, recommending products beneficial to the company or team.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 10 years designing, building, and supporting desktop environments.

+ Expert level knowledge managing MacOS devices with Jamf or Kandji.

+ Strong skills in application packaging and securing operating systems using an automation-first mindset.

+ Expert level proficiency in Bash or Python and PowerShell scripting.

+ Experience in system tuning and performance optimization.
