    The Sr. Developer, BI will lead the development of complex data visualizations, advanced analytics, and scalable reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making. The Senior Developer improves the performance, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow from source to insight, and provide mentorship to junior team members. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role contributes to data strategy and deliver impactful insights across the organization.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    - Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using advanced BI techniques.

     

    - Design and optimize data models and ETL processes for performance and scalability.

     

    - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define complex data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

     

    - Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are implemented and maintained.

     

    - Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

     

    - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.

     

    - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BI Developers.

     

    - Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions.

    - Experience in Tableau desktop, Alteryx, Incorta or similar blending tool

     

    - Knowledge of Matillion or other ETL tools

     

    - Understanding of multiple data environments and the ability to interface using appropriate tools

    - Data Warehousing

     

    - ETL Processes

     

    - Data Visualization

     

    - Advanced Analytics

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

     

    - 2 to 5 years of hands on experience

     

    - Industry experience - CPG (Consumer Package Goods, Electro-Mechanical productions, Automotive, Aerospace)

     

    - ETL tool - Matillion (other ETL tool)

     

    - Sequel writing queries

     

    - Strong communication skills - (All levels of work)

     

    - Enterprise Data analysis Experience

     

    Minimum Experience (yrs): 2-5

     

    Required Education: Bachelor (BA, BS...)

     

    Salary: 64.90 /hour
