    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with an established healthcare litigation firm that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nevada-licensed attorney. This is a fully remote position with a boutique law firm specializing in healthcare reimbursement litigation and offering a collaborative, supportive environment. This firm has over three decades of stability and a strong reputation for advocating on behalf of hospitals against insurance companies.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage complex healthcare reimbursement claims from initiation to resolution, with training provided as needed.

    + Conduct legal research and draft motions and other legal documents.

    + Participate in depositions and represent clients in binding arbitration proceedings, starting as second chair and progressing to first chair.

    + Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and advocate for hospitals' financial interests.

    + Utilize proprietary database software to handle and track claims effectively.

    + Collaborate with clients and hospital representatives to ensure effective case management and communication.

    + Maintain a structured work schedule, typically from 9 AM to 6 PM, with no billable hour requirement.

    + Stay updated on healthcare litigation practices and contribute to the firm's ongoing success in multiple jurisdictions.

    + No set partnership track, but the firm brings people on as partner.

    Compensation:

    + Salary range – up to 150k

    + Bonus – Discretionary bonuses

    + Benefits

    + Kicks in after 90 days

    + Medical covered by firm, small copay for dental & vision care

    + 2 weeks’ vacation plus holidays off.

    + 401k w/ match

    Requirements

    + Active bar membership in Nevada.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, including complex or insurance-related cases.

    + Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy.

    + Familiarity with arbitration and dispute resolution processes.

    + Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

    + Proficiency in using legal and claims database software.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique aspects of healthcare litigation.

    + Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and attention to detail.
