Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting HR operations and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a hybrid schedule and client offers full benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401k with a match, and unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian, ensuring optimal functionality.

• Lead HRIS audits and data integrity checks to maintain accurate and compliant records.

• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

• Oversee benefit functions and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Provide training and technical support to HR staff on HRIS tools and applications.

• Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement updates.

• Manage data entry and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate information availability.

• Develop and document HRIS procedures to streamline operations and enhance system usability.

• Serve as the primary liaison between HR and other departments for HRIS-related matters.

Requirements • Proven experience managing HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.

• Strong knowledge of HR administration, compliance, and benefit functions.

• Proficiency in auditing, data entry, and generating HR reports.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze HRIS data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and Core HR functionalities.

• Ability to train and support staff in the use of HRIS tools.
