**Position Summary** : Responsible for the instruction and training of participants in CPR/AED classes and other approved Red Cross or American Heart Association certifications.

**Certifications** :

+ Current Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR/AED Instructor certification

+ Additional Current Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification preferred

+ All Healthplex employees that interact with children must complete and be current with the DCFS on-line survey for mandatory reporters

**Experience:** Preferred to have taught at least 2 CPR Classes in the past year.

**Other:** The employee may need to work afternoons, evenings and/or weekends to ensure goals are met.
