    Description

    Network Engineer

     

    Contract Length: 3–6 months (possible extension/conversion)

     

    Pay Rate: $55–70/hour (W2)

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support the deployment and maintenance of enterprise network systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.

    Responsibilities:

    + Maintain and configure routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet)

    + Diagnose network performance issues and outages

    + Manage VPN and remote access solutions

    + Implement network monitoring and security tools

    + Document configurations, changes, and procedures

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of experience in network engineering

    + Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP/OSPF

    + Experience with enterprise firewall and SD-WAN technologies

    + Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are a plus
