    Robert Half Legal (Miami, FL)


    Description

    A law firm in Miami is seeking a contract paralegal with experience in civil/criminal litigation. Must have experience with trials, draft pleadings, e-file, keep time, discovery. Billable hours 6 per day.

     

    Must be able to take a file from beginning to end and run with it and not wait for anyone to tell them what to do, be proactive.

     

    During trials must be able to work overtime and travel with attorneys for trial within the state and to other states if necessary.

     

    Must be excellent and proficient in Power point .

     

    Experience is Relativity is a Plus and preference.

     

    Schedule is 8:30-5 or 9-5:30 pm.
