    _About the Role_

     

    We’re hiring a Frontend Engineer who thrives at the intersection of UI development and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work on a modern React + TypeScript frontend, help lead our transition to microfrontends, and take full ownership of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and cloud infrastructure that supports our web applications.

     

    This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on building frontend experiences and ensure they’re deployed efficiently, reliably, and at scale. You’ll partner with other engineers but will be the go-to person for all things related to deployment, automation, and infrastructure for our web platform.

    _What You’ll Do:_

    + _Build and maintain frontend features in our_ _React + TypeScript_ _monorepo (Lerna/Nx)_

    + _Own and optimize our_ _CI/CD pipeline_ _(Jenkins-based), ensuring smooth, automated deploys to AWS_

    + _Contribute to the evolution of our microfrontend architecture using single-spa, and support release management and rollout strategies for frontend applications._

    + _Design and manage_ _cloud infrastructure_ _for frontend deployment using_ _AWS_ _,_ _stateful infrastructure deployments_ _,_ _Terraform_ _,_ _Docker_ _, and_ _Kubernetes_

    + _Help set up and maintain_ _frontend instrumentation_ _– including logging, monitoring, and alerting_

    + _Drive reliability, observability, and performance for everything we ship to users_

    + _Contribute to and maintain our_ _internal component library_ _built with_ _MUI_ _and custom themes_

    _Tech Stack:_

    + _Frontend:_ _React, TypeScript, Redux, MUI, single-spa, Vitest, Playwright_

    + _Architecture:_ _Lerna, Nx, Monorepo, Microfrontends_

    + _CI/CD & Infra:_ _Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform_

    + _Observability:_ _LogRocket, Humio, CloudWatch, Grafana_

    + _Other:_ _GitHub, Go API backend services_

    _You'll need to have:_

    + _4+ years of experience in frontend development (React + TypeScript)_

    + _Experience managing or contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release workflows_

    + _Strong understanding of deploying web apps in cloud-based environments_

    + _Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)_

    + _Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform_

    + _Comfortable taking ownership of frontend deployment and release management_

    + _Collaboration skills across product, frontend, and infrastructure teams_

    + _A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, similar field of study or equivalent work experience_

    _We'd love to see:_

    + _Experience migrating or building microfrontends (esp. with single-spa)_

    + _Experience with software observability – setting up logging, monitoring, alerting systems_

    + _Familiarity with design systems or component libraries_

    + _Knowledge of backend services (e.g., reading/debugging Go code)_

    + _Familiarity with e2e testing tools like Playwright, Cypress_

     

    Salary Range = 160000 - 240000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

     

    The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
