+ Sunday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
+ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Processing Specialist to support our operations team in handling complex transaction sorting and decisioning. This is a hands-on role where precision and efficiency are key.
What you'll do
+ **Transaction Review:** Pull and sort rejected transactions from various processing areas using reports and audit trails.
+ **Decisioning:** Perform basic-level decision-making on non-standard transactions.
+ **Document Handling:** Batch items with control documents and processing headers.
+ **High-Speed Equipment Operation** : Use I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, and 150 Falcon equipment for mail extraction and scanning.
+ **Client-Specific Processing** : Handle medium to high complexity sorting based on client instructions.
+ **Training Support:** Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
What You Bring
+ At least 1 year of experience in processing
+ Strong computer skills and ability to read and make informed decisions
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across client workstreams
+ Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
+ A team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
+ Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and technologies
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
