    *As a Software Developer, you will:*

    * Create applications for clients based on defined specifications.

    * Identify issues with functionality, provide production support and escalate issues as appropriate.

    * Consult with business to define specifications and create applications.

    * Resolve moderately complex issues related to application functionality

    * Lead integrated, cross functional team to implement web-based business solutions.

    *Required:*

    * Good critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.

    * Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    * Expert knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and Ruby on Rails.

    *Preferred:*

    * Bachelor's degree.

    * Four years of related experience.
