    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + HS Diploma

    + Prior satisfactory work experience with children

    + Evidence of mental and emotional stability

    + Good organizational and student management skills

    + Good communication skills

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Organizes the annual Grand March and Junior Senior Prom

    + Responsible for the following components of the position:

    + Finances/Purchase order submittal for decorations, refreshments, prom invitations, etc

    + Location of Prom and rental if needed

    + Securing music for Prom

    + Facilitating the junior students in selecting a theme for the event

    + Communicating with local photographer and arranging for photographs
