+ Six (6) months of patient care experience

+ Long-Term Care Only: completion of CNA coursework
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ General Maintenance. Maintain inventory, storage and cleanliness of equipment and treatment area; assist with wheelchair modifications and other therapy-related equipment maintenance; order supplies, obtain insurance prior to authorization for treatment, assist with scheduling/productivity tracking, complete charts, answer phones, etc.
+ Long-Term Care & Rehab. Assist residents with ROM, mobility/ambulation, ADLs, positioning, perceptual/cognitive activities, strengthening, set-up of equipment and conduct exercise groups; assist other staff members with patient transfers, toileting and equipment retrieval/adjustments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
