The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food production manager to our Trio Community Meals team in Baltimore, MD. As a food production manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise the food production process including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service and sanitation.

What you'll be doing:

+ Orients and trains new employees in production areas.

+ Oversee and support daily production.

+ Develops standardized recipes and utilizes other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.

+ Participates in the planning and execution of special events.

What we're looking for:

_Must-haves:_

+ 3+ years’ progressive culinary management experience preferably within a high volume production environment.

+ Knowledge of compliance and sanitation standards.

+ Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.

+ Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

+ ServSafe Certification.

_Nice-to-haves:_

+ Associate degree in culinary arts preferred.

Compensation Range

$60-70k/yr. dependent on experience.
