    Responsibilities

    + Participate in stand-up meetings and collaborate with business owners.

    + Develop and deploy code using Git and Jira for ticketing.

    + Handle ambiguous requirements with creativity and ownership.

    + Understand requirements through collaboration with Business Analysts.

    + Write well-documented and structured code.

    + Customize ERP systems and contribute to CRM development or accounting projects.

    + Test your own code and prepare tutorials for internal acceptance testing.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTTP, and SQL.

    + Experience with C#, Rust, or Java.

    + Comfortable working in Linux and using the Bash Command Line.

    + Experience with Docker in a Linux environment.

    + 3 years of experience with a degree or 4 years without a degree.

    + 3-8 years of experience in Python or a similar web development language.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in CRM development or accounting is a plus.

    + Ability to operate in a startup environment with strong initiative.

    + Self-starter, go-getter, and risk-taker.

    + Practical experience in Business Development, Accounting, or Finance.

    Work Environment

    Work in an onsite office setting every day, using Docker as the development environment. The role requires comfort working in a Linux environment and the ability to handle the chaos of a startup atmosphere. This contract role offers a great opportunity to gain a foothold in the aerospace industry.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.00/hr.
