Maintenance Technician/Finish Carpenter

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Maintenance Technicians** for commercial projects in the **Plymouth** area. The pay range is **$26-$33** per hour based on experience. All maintenance technicians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues

+ Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures

+ Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality

+ Perform general maintenance

+ Follow OSHA guidelines and standards

Ultimate Maintenance Technician requirements

+ have a minimum of 3 years experience in finished carpentry work and/or commercial painting experience• can also perform other basic commercial building needs and tasks as they arise or are appointed within our Building Services Department.• Be able to perform finished carpentry tasks such as: Installation of doors, drywall repairs, trim and molding installation/repairs, construct building frameworks, etc.• Employee will need to have reliable transportation to get to sites all over the metro.• 3 years of Construction experience

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Drug Test Required
