Position Overview

+ ?? Location: Hackett or Merrill Elementary, Beloit, WI

+ ?? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

+ ?? Compensation: $40/hour

+ ?? Start Date: August 2025

+ ?? Duration: Full School Year (2025–2026)

What You’ll Do

+ Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for 2nd-grade students.

+ Plan and deliver engaging instruction across core subject areas.

+ Utilize assessments to guide instruction and monitor student growth.

+ Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom that supports every learner.

+ Build meaningful relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication.

+ Collaborate with your grade-level team and engage in ongoing professional learning.

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

+ Valid Wisconsin DPI license (for elementary teaching).

+ Previous experience teaching at the elementary level preferred.

+ Strong classroom management, planning, and instructional skills.

+ A deep belief in inclusive, student-centered practices and continuous growth.
