We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Representative to join our team in Carolina, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Pro Solutions Centers, support sales execution, and build lasting customer relationships.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead store-level sales operations, coordinating closely with the Senior Manager, DFS Sales, to meet sales targets.
+ Support sales to customers, consumers, and HVAC professionals in alignment with company policies.
+ Manage and process orders across accounts, online channels, and telesales.
+ Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
+ Generate and share sales reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
+ Ensure compliance with daily business processes, including inventory, finance, and safety protocols.
+ Contribute to marketing and service initiatives aimed at growing the business.
+ Execute administrative functions such as inventory transfers and order tracking.
+ Manage installer outreach, product training, and marketing collateral distribution.
+ Foster strong relationships with customers and provide guidance on product use, credit options, and service practices.
+ Gather and share competitive market intelligence to inform strategy.
+ Actively participate in team meetings, sales planning, and training sessions.
+ Collaborate with the fulfillment team on merchandise forecasting and stock optimization.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5 years of relevant experience.
+ Technical degree in Refrigeration or a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
+ Experience working with customers and end users.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and energy.
+ Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
+ Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or MBA.
+ 5 years of commercial experience.
+ Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish.
Additional Information
+ This role is based onsite in Carolina, Puerto Rico. There is no relocation support available for this position.
+ Some evening and weekend work may be required.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb ladders.
+ Travel up to 20% (domestic/international) may be required to support customer needs.
