    Description:

    Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst, where you will spearhead efforts to enhance the quality of address data within our systems. This role involves identifying and resolving issues with address data, ultimately improving marketing strategies and sales outcomes. If you have a knack for data analytics and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

     

    _This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    _Rate: $40 - $50 / hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct independent research to identify and correct invalid addresses.

     

    - Utilize Excel and SQL to analyze data and develop solutions.

     

    - Collaborate with stakeholders to align data quality improvements with business goals.

    Experience Requirements:

    - Experience with Spatial Analysis (GIS)- creating spatial diagrams to validate location data

     

    - Data analytics

     

    - Advanced SQL

     

    - Advanced Excel (v-look ups, tables, charts and formulas)

     

    - Basic Python is a plus

     

    - MicroStrategy is a plus

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
