What You'll Do at Pega:
+ Provide coaching and co- create content for leadership development to improve individual skill portfolios, support careergrowth, and success for GTM Leaders, with special focus on mastering GTM coaching practices rooted in high performing teams through relevant, immersive, modern learning experiences
+ Work with the GTM leadership as primary stakeholder
+ Highly creative thinker that can translate ideas into content and action programmatically, but also able to be hands-on in the content creation, delivery and workshop facilitation
+ Emotionally mature and able to work through obstacles, challenges, and constraints while remaining positive and reaching desired goals
+ Establish continuous feedback with team and field leaders in various roles to secure high standard and continual improvement in content and delivery
+ Conversant in growth mindset and Change Management methodologies needed to positively influence mindset, behavior, and organizational change
+ Work as part of a collaborative team to develop innovative approaches that enhance adult learning and drive results via self-service, virtual, and in-person channels
Coaching
+ Embody and model best practices and ethics in coaching defined by ICFApply leadership coaching experience to empower leaders in applying and integrating best coaching practices to optimize growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and unlock individual and team potential
+ Thought leadership and the ability to challenge status quo with good intent
Content creation
+ Collaborate in the design and delivery of senior level training content, digital assets, programs, and working sessions aligned to overarching team strategy
+ Collaborate with extended GTM E&E team to enhance the design and delivery of leadership development programs
+ Work successfully to meet team and organizational goals

+ Experience in a customer facing role for large enterprise software / transformation programs in the Fortune 1000
+ Experience engaging and presenting to Senior Sales Leaders
+ Ability to understand needs and effectively influence cross functional working groups
You have:
+ Working knowledge of growth mindset principles and current mainstream leadership principles from credible published research-based content providers
+ Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills to compel action in attendees
+ Strong positive relationship building skills with high level stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for solution design
+ The ability to use current adult learning methods in conjunction with current leadership concepts to design and deliver relevant materials in Pega specific applications
+ A commitment to deliver leadership content with a sense of urgency while clearly communicating needs, risks, and milestone progress
+ Enterprise tech sales experience
+ ICF certified coach training + a minimum of 250 coaching hours
What You've Accomplished:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
+ 6+ years of professional experience, with previous experience in a GTM function (internally or externally) Experience in facilitation, coaching, or business communication
+ Excellent written, verbal, nonverbal communication skills, and coaching experience
+ High degree of efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and digital tools that could be required for program creation or management
+ Enterprise tech sales experience
+ ICF certified coach training + a minimum of 250 coaching hours
