    RESPONSIBILITIES** - **_A Day in the life_

    + Assist customers via phone or email with shipment tracing, providing invoices and documents, scheduling pickups, and preparing customer reports.

    + Enter rate requests on behalf of customers

    + Assist with reception duties

    + Support Sales and Operations departments in regard to various tasks

    + Perform other work-related duties as requested.
