    Midwest Motor Express (MME), (SCAC "AACT"), the Midwest operating region of AAA Cooper Transportation, is immediately hiring a Full-Time Dock Supervisor to join the team at our Omaha, NE, Service Center. This role is a crucial part of the service center's daily operations. In this position, you'll directly contribute to the efficient flow of freight in and out of the service center while supporting our commitment to our valued customers.     RESPONSIBILITIES** - **_A Day in the life_

    + Supervise and coordinate dock operations, including freight loading, unloading, sorting, and routing.

    + Ensure all dockworkers follow proper safety protocols, operational procedures, and equipment usage guidelines.

    + Manage labor schedules, monitor performance, and lead daily shifts to meet goals.

    + Inspect freight for damages or discrepancies and ensure proper documentation is completed.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant dock environment.

    + Support communication between dispatch, drivers, and dock teams to ensure smooth operations.

    + Train new dock employees and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.

    + Other duties as assigned.
