    Pay Range:  $20-21/hour

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:15AM - 2:45PM

    The Job: Join our dynamic team! We are seeking full-time team members. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of key housekeeping duties.

    The Core Duties:

    + Keeping our campus sparkling!

    + Dusting and mopping floors

    + Moving equipment and furniture for cleaning purposes

    + Washing walls, windows, doors, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staff

    + Seeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task

    + Collecting and disposing of trash/recycling

    + Assisting in the laundry area

    The Essentials:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + 1-2 years’ experience in similar sized institution preferred

    + Ability to deal with frequent interruptions

    + Ability to identify safety hazards and act accordingly

    + Ability to carry out proper cleaning procedures on a daily basis

    + Ability to complete task to the highest standards possible

    + Ability and desire to work independently and as a team member with the community and other employees

    + Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)

    + Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

    + Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives

    + Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment
