    Position Summary...

     

    We seek an experienced Staff Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and success of key initiatives focused on building and scaling our Customer Data Platform safeguarding data privacy and enabling increased monetization across the enterprise.

     

    What you'll do...

    As a key leader in our product organization, you will:

    + Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, particularly in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) space.

    + Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex customer and business challenges with a data-driven, customer-centric mindset.

    + Drive product development with a test-and-learn approach, iterating based on insights and performance metrics.

    + Influence stakeholders and build consensus across a matrixed organization to align on priorities and outcomes.

    + Guide the development and execution of product roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

    + Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    + Mentor and develop leaders and leaders of leaders, fostering a high-performing, inclusive team environment.

    + Represent the voice of the customer and ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world needs and behaviors.

    + Navigate and lead within a Fortune 500-scale environment, managing complexity with clarity and purpose.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    We’re looking for someone who brings a powerful mix of experience, leadership, and passion:

    + Proven experience leading product teams in large, complex organizations—Fortune 500 experience preferred.

    + 6+ years in Product Management, **including at least 2 years focused on advertising data** ; retail industry experience is a plus.

    + Deep domain knowledge in Customer Data Platforms dealing with large volumes of data is advantageous.

    + Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    + Strong quantitative or technical background with the ability to analyze data, scope technical requirements, and make sound business decisions.

    + Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

    + Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps and delivering impactful outcomes.

    + Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools.

    + A strategic thinker who can also dive into tactical execution when needed.

    + A collaborative leader who thrives in matrixed environments and is energized by developing talent and scaling teams.

    Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
