    + Experienced, long-term physicians on staff

    + Large internal referral center and ability to build an existing patient base

    + 1:3 light night and weekend call

    + EPIC EMR

    + Cardiac MR, 3-D TEE, and dual source Cardiac CTA on site

    + Structural heart program including TAVR and Mitraclip
