    Your role and responsibilities

    * An SAP Senior Technical Product Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation within the SAP ecosystem. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, product management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver impactful SAP products and platforms.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

    Experience:

    * 8-10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on SAP implementations.

    * Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex SAP programs.

    Technical Skills:

    * Deep understanding of SAP modules and integration points.

    * Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/MM/PM, SAP BW, and SAP Fiori.

    * Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development practices.

    Methodologies:

    * Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

    * Experience with program management tools and techniques.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    * Industry Experience: Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly within large-scale enterprises.

    * Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

    * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
