    Are you a compassionate and reliable **Home Health Aide (HHA)** looking for meaningful work that fits your schedule? BAYADA Home Health Care is currently hiring HHAs to care for **pediatric clients** in **both home and school environments** . We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a real impact on their health, development, and daily life.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide hands-on care and companionship to children with direct care needs in the comfort of their home and during school hours

    + Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, and mobility

    + Support clients in safely participating in educational settings

    + Collaborate with families, nurses, and school staff to ensure continuity of care

    + Monitor and report changes in the client’s health

    Who You Are:

    + One year of verifiable direct care experience through an employer OR attend and successfully complete Bayada's paid 2-week home health aide class

    + Experience with pediatrics is **preferred** , but not required—we provide training!

    + Able to provide compassionate, reliable care and build trust with children and their families

    + Comfortable traveling to both home and school locations in the local area

    + Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
