    Job Summary

    The Contracts Administrator is responsible for preparing and finalizing contract templates, managing contract inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of contract details in collaboration with the sales team. This role involves distributing finalized contracts, coordinating with internal departments for contract form requests, and maintaining organized records of contract activities. The Contracts Administrator will manage a high volume of contract intakes, adhere to service level agreements, and escalate issues to management as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding and general administration of contract requests within the Contracts Lifecycle Management Tool.

    Role Description

    + Prepare and finalize contract templates for the sales team.

    + Monitor and direct all incoming requests to the appropriate mailbox.

    + Verify the accuracy of client, vendor, and equipment details in contracts.

    + Coordinate with SHI Salesforce and internal departments for contract form requests.

    + Distribute finalized contracts to all relevant parties as specified.

    + Manage a high volume of contract intakes while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    + Escalate any issues to management promptly.

    + Maintain organized records of all contract activities.

    + Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support the Contracts Team.

    + Ability to thoroughly understand and analyze contracts and statements of work. - Basic

    Other Requirements

    + Completed High School Diploma or GED required

    + Experience with Customer Service preferred

     

    The base salary for this position is $31,200 - $50,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
