    **Job Title:** Construction Site Contracts Manager 4

    **Location:** Remote

    Position Summary:

    Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking an experienced **Construction Site Contracts Manager 4** to lead the contract sourcing, compliance, change management, and execution efforts for large-scale infrastructure and data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in procurement contracting strategies, vendor management, and commercial execution, with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a complex and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Contract Sourcing:

    + Lead or support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and strategic sourcing for large construction-related contracts.

    + Conduct sourcing for various professional services including General Contractors, Architectural Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Cost Managers, and Project Managers.

    + Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies to align with project goals and timelines.

    + Assess supplier capabilities and performance to support contract award recommendations.

    + Lead the sourcing and execution of substation contracts and other high-impact construction packages.

    Contract Review and Compliance:

    + Ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Implement procurement strategies for complex, high-value data center projects.

    + Act as the primary commercial point of contact for site stakeholders.

    + Manage all contract closeout procedures and documentation.

    Change Order Management:

    + Lead negotiations for Change Orders in alignment with contractual requirements.

    + Assess and mitigate project impacts resulting from changes or claims.

    + Drive resolution through collaboration with stakeholders and regular reporting.

    + Attend and actively participate in change management and issue resolution meetings.

    Execution Coordination & Communication:

    + Take full ownership of post-award contract execution activities.

    + Make commercial decisions and guide stakeholders through execution phases.

    + Identify risks, recommend mitigations, and ensure project compliance.

    + Communicate updates on risks, mitigation strategies, and performance to leadership.

    + Resolve payment disputes and lead issue negotiations with suppliers and contractors.

    + Assist in subcontractor selection through review of General Contractor recommendations.

    + Maintain project performance metrics and MIS reporting for leadership awareness.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    + Partner cross-functionally with teams including Engineering, Construction, Cost Management, and Quality.

    + Ensure commercial compliance and drive resolution of contract-related challenges with suppliers.

    + Facilitate executive sponsor meetings and project check-ins with key stakeholders.

    + Oversee contract administration responsibilities in line with OKRs and business goals.

    Data Reporting & Analytics:

    + Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and custom reports.

    + Integrate data from multiple sources to support strategic project decisions.

    + Visualize performance metrics for senior leadership and drive insight-based action.

    + Streamline reporting processes and enhance data usability across teams.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

    Experience:

    + 5–10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or project sourcing within construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.

    + Proven experience managing large, complex vendor contracts and substation packages.

    + Strong background in change order negotiation and resolution.

    Skills:

    + Excellent negotiation and contract drafting/reviewing skills.

    + Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    + Ability to simplify and communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Proficient in Power BI or equivalent tools for data analysis and visualization.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with construction project workflows and lifecycle.

    + Experience working in data center or industrial infrastructure settings.

    + Knowledge of commercial terms, legal compliance, and procurement best practices.
