    Our client, is seeking a Lab Tech- Micro to join their team. As a Lab Tech- Micro, you will be part of the Quality Control Unit supporting the Microbiology Lab team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Lab Tech- Micro

    **Location:** Ada, MI

    **Pay Rate:** $19/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Log samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

    + Composite samples for Microbiological Quality Control Testing

    + Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment

    + Maintain accurate records of tests, sample handling, and laboratory activities

    + Calibrate equipment as necessary to ensure accurate test results

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test methods

    + Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

    + Flexibility and willingness to collaborate with others

    + Ability to report issues to leadership and escalate as needed

    + Physical capability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50lbs as required by the job
