    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. As an HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting a dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to professionalism which will align successfully with the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure hands-on execution of all site HR functions.

    + Partner with leaders to drive business performance through effective HR practices.

    + Counsel managers and employees on policies and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.

    + Implement employee relations programs that foster a positive organizational culture.

    + Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

    + Five plus (5+) years of progressive HR generalist experience in manufacturing.

    + Two plus (2+) years at the management level is preferred.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
