Our client, a leading manufacturer in the production industry, are seeking Production team members to join their team. As a Production associate, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various production needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Production

**Location:** Sparta, TN

**Pay Range:** $14-16.10/hr

**Schedule:** weekday and weekend schedules available

What's the Job?

+ Work in sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.

+ Manufacture products to specifications for each custom order.

+ Maintain equipment and make adjustments as required.

+ Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.

+ Follow production schedules to produce products on time.

What's Needed?

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.

+ Ability to understand product specifications and visuals.

+ Adaptability to a quickly changing environment.

+ Ability to differentiate between colors

+ Ability to learn new tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
