Position Overview

The Operations Manager is a well-rounded individual responsible for knowing all opening and closing procedures and enforcing all proper operating procedures throughout the store to create a positive work environment for associates and a positive shopping experience for the customer.Primary hours of responsibility 3 – 4 days per week and one night, these hours may vary based on each individual stores hours of operation and the needs of the business.

Job Description

**Pay:** $20- $22/hr

**Job Type:** Full Time

**Travel Required:** Between Rome & Sherrill, NY ( 2 Stores)

Description

+ Maintains Remarkable Customer Service and customer relations, as well as maintaining acceptable service levels

+ Reacts to all customer concerns quickly and effectively while following SOPs to provide the best experience possible

+ Closely monitor stock levels and ad support to ensure maximizing sales potential.

+ Act quickly and accurately if any problems arise, (customer, associate and or building situations/issues)

+ Refrigeration checks completed per SOP and logged.

+ Knowledge and awareness of "Crisis Manual" in case of power outage or weather related issue.

+ Maintains proper staffing levels to handle the needs of the business.

+ Ensures a clean and safe environment for associates and customers by enforcing proper safety, sanitation, and operations policies

+ Maintains a friendly, professional and well organized image in all departments including but not limited to the parking lot, vestibule, checkouts etc.

+ Performs special store level tasks/projects as assigned by the store manager

+ Coordinating of receiving warehouse deliveries per schedule.
