    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Sr Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role will encompass regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research materials.

    What You'll Do:

    + Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point-of-sale Field Research outputs, both under the supervision of the Research leader and independently.

    + Collaborate with producers, Sales Management, and Marketing teams on pitches and projects.

    + Research and collect market information regarding the commercial real estate market with a focus on all product types.

    + Gather, analyze, interpret, and disseminate data on available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    What You'll Need:

    + Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

    + Proficient knowledge of commercial real estate industry. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

    + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to tackle problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

    + Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and Tableau.
