    Director of Product Design - Dallas, TX (On-site)

     

    We’re looking for a Director of Product Design with deep experience in platform product design and a track record of leading diverse product ecosystems. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the design strategy across a suite of cybersecurity products.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead the design of platform-type products (not just single-function apps)

    + Build and evolve a cohesive product ecosystem

    + Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product in a triad model

    + Drive innovation using tools like Figma and AI-powered prototyping

    + Balance user needs with business goals to solve complex challenges

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    + 12+ years designing complex platform products (enterprise + consumer)

    + Mastery of Figma and modern design systems

    + Experience designing from the ground up with measurable impact

    + Familiarity with front-end code (not required to code)

    + A portfolio that showcases your problem-solving and product thinking
