Description

We are looking for an entry-level Email Designer to join our client's team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will create visually engaging and effective email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing email templates that adhere to brand standards.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create graphics and layouts for email campaigns.

• Optimize email designs for various devices and email clients to ensure responsiveness and compatibility.

• Utilize Mailchimp, Listrak, Klaviyo, HTML and CSS to build and edit email templates for campaigns and newsletters.

• Develop banner ads and other digital assets to complement email marketing efforts.

• Ensure all email communications are accessible and meet relevant design standards.

• Test and troubleshoot email templates to guarantee proper functionality before deployment.

• Create visually cohesive designs for advertisements and promotional materials.

• Work with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and InDesign, to produce high-quality graphics.

• Stay updated on email design trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and InDesign.

• Experience using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and/or Listrak

• Strong skills in graphic design, particularly for email campaigns and digital advertisements.

• Experience with HTML and CSS for coding and editing email templates.

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.

• Ability to design responsive and mobile-friendly email layouts.

• Familiarity with creating banner ads and promotional graphics.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
