    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and oversee the organization's enterprise-wide information security program to mitigate risks and align with business objectives.

    • Lead initiatives for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Privacy and Data Protection, Incident Response, and Cyber Resilience.

    • Identify, analyze, and communicate information security risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

    • Manage and mentor a small team of cybersecurity professionals, providing strategic direction and practical guidance.

    • Design and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and strategies to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.

    • Respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential impacts.

    • Conduct security audits and assessments, including ISO 27001 compliance and risk-based internal auditing.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity measures support product and system integrity, availability, and confidentiality.

    • Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices and protocols, adapting to emerging threats.

    • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address cybersecurity challenges.
