Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Paid Media Director to shape and lead the strategic vision for global performance marketing and creator initiatives in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on leveraging automation, AI, and machine learning to scale marketing efforts while bridging collaboration across analytics, product, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating scalable systems and solutions that empower marketing teams to independently optimize campaigns and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, and Reddit to achieve performance and brand objectives.
• Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and playbooks to enhance campaign development and execution across multiple business lines.
• Foster collaboration between marketing, analytics, data science, creative, ticketing, and product teams to create cohesive, insight-driven campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of paid social media specialists by setting clear objectives and providing continuous feedback.
• Monitor social media trends, regulatory changes, and platform updates to inform and adapt actionable marketing strategies.
• Create tools and processes to improve campaign quality, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Oversee campaign reporting and performance insights, delivering strategic analyses and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate business objectives into scalable solutions through partnerships with product and data teams to optimize marketing workflows. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of digital marketing experience with a specialization in paid social media, including 5+ years managing teams.
• Expertise in major paid social platforms, including audience targeting, optimization techniques, creative formats, and performance measurement.
• Proven track record of managing full-funnel campaigns tied to metrics such as revenue and conversion rates.
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and align strategic goals with execution.
• Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity and building new systems or processes from scratch.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, machine learning, and data-driven marketing approaches.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and workflows to support data-driven decisions. Innovation starts with people.®
