    Description We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will focus on expanding our client base by providing expert guidance on managed IT services and solutions tailored to the commercial enterprise sector. This is an exciting opportunity to connect with business leaders, deliver impactful presentations, and support their IT transformation needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the commercial enterprise sector.

    • Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs to propose tailored managed IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and network management.

    • Prepare detailed and compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

    • Deliver engaging presentations to decision-makers, showcasing IT solutions and their impact on business operations.

    • Negotiate contracts while ensuring alignment between client requirements and operational capabilities.

    • Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales engineers and service delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding quotas.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving IT challenges.

    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to offer innovative solutions. Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the IT services or managed services industry.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including common business applications and emerging technologies.

    • Proficiency in Cisco, Citrix, and cloud technologies, as well as familiarity with Linux, Active Directory, and backup systems.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.

    • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Experience with Apple devices, iOS apps, and computer hardware solutions.

    • Analytical skills to perform AB testing and evaluate the success of proposed solutions.

    • Passion for technology and a consultative sales approach that prioritizes client success.
