Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Valencia, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving data-driven decisions by conducting in-depth financial analyses, creating insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will help shape our financial strategies and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to provide actionable insights that support business growth.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to review metrics, set goals, and evaluate performance through business reviews.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports that highlight key financial findings and recommend actionable steps.
• Manage and enhance financial reporting processes, including daily sales updates, customer profitability analyses, and budget tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of financial software, databases, and tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to address specific business needs.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the financial operations of the company. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes, accrual accounting, and capital management.
• Experience with CRM systems, data mining techniques, and reporting platforms such as Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with consumer product goods or light manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
