Staff Accountant - Manufacturing company

Direct-Hire / Permanent position

*Fully onsite role, 5 days per week in office*

Robert Half has partnered with a valued manufacturing client in their search of a Staff Accountant to join their accounting department, reporting to the Accounting Manager. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, reconciliations, inventory and cost analysis, and accounts payable invoice processing. Ideal candidates will have a foundation in accounts payable or general accounting experience, ideally from within the manufacturing industry (not required).

Responsibilities:

• AP invoice processing, expense report processing, weekly check runs

• Bank and account reconciliations

• Assist with month-end close

• Cost and Inventory accounting functions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management tasks

• Monitor inventory levels and cycle counts

Our client offers a great full benefits package, profit sharing, and paid time off plan for all employees. Salary range will DOE but can go up to $80k.

Desired Experience:

• AS or BS degree preferred but not required

• 1-5 years of AP and/or general accounting experience

• MS Excel proficiency

• ERP software experience
