Real Estate Attorney

Our client, a well-established law firm in Denver, Colorado, seeks an Associate attorney to join their real estate department. The appropriate candidate for this position must have the ability to successfully handle a variety of real estate and land use matters. The real estate attorney would have land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, permits, public -private partnerships, land use, special districts, sales and leasing, and public finance. The Real Estate Attorney will have the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative and professional environment. We are looking for an individual with a foundation in excellent legal research, writing, and analysis who desires an opportunity to learn real estate and grow with the firm and their excellent team of real estate professionals. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in real estate law.

• Proficiency in using document management systems and billing software for attorneys.

• Strong knowledge of zoning, land use, and planning regulations.

• Demonstrated expertise in handling commercial real estate transactions.

• Familiarity with real estate contracts, leasing, and title-related matters.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting and negotiating legal documents.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
