Description We are looking for an experienced Citrix Systems Engineer to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves managing and optimizing remote access technologies while ensuring the smooth operation of Citrix services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing Citrix environments to support business operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the daily operations of Citrix remote access technologies.

• Diagnose and resolve performance issues within the Citrix service environment.

• Validate and deploy applications through Citrix platforms.

• Administer and optimize tools within the Citrix ecosystem.

• Provide comprehensive support for Citrix infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

• Manage and troubleshoot server environments, offering effective solutions to technical issues.

• Support and maintain virtual desktop infrastructures, including XenDesktop, XenApp, and AppSense.

• Enhance and secure virtual desktop systems to meet organizational needs.

• Implement updates and upgrades for system applications and ensure proper documentation.

• Deliver technical assistance for servers, desktops, and related business services. Requirements

• Strong expertise in Citrix technologies, including XenDesktop and XenApp.

• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructures.

• Experience with application deployment and Citrix environment optimization.

• Knowledge of IT operations frameworks and best practices.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within complex systems.

• Familiarity with Windows Server and related operating systems.

• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

• Effective communication abilities to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
