Description
We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy MSP Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, a passion for technology, and a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships. As part of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) division, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver managed IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to directly benefit from your success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
+ Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within the MSP landscape.
+ Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to consultatively assess client needs and present IT solutions designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Relationship Management
+ Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with clients based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
+ Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Technical Knowledge
+ Learn the suite of MSP offerings, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and more.
+ Adapt technical solutions to align with client business objectives and communicate these effectively to key stakeholders.
Sales Excellence
+ Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas through effective planning, strategy, and execution.
+ Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to client inquiries, moving deals forward, and closing sales.
Internal Collaboration
+ Work closely with internal departments, including technical support, account management, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
+ Be open to feedback and ask for guidance to continuously develop skills and improve performance.
Pipeline Management & Organization
+ Maintain organized records of sales activity, including CRM updates, follow-ups, and reporting.
+ Regularly update management on forecasts, pipeline progression, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Ideal Qualifications
+ Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
+ Personality: Outgoing, personable, and confident; skilled at making connections and leaving a lasting impression.
+ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting client needs and managing time effectively.
+ Relationship Building: Passion for fostering relationships and understanding client challenges to provide the best solutions.
+ Technical Acumen: Eager and willing to learn about IT services and technology with the ability to adapt and use technical knowledge in sales conversations.
+ Collaborative Spirit: Receptive to feedback, proactive in asking for help when needed, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
