    Job Title: Director of Customer Service – Medical Device / Healthcare

     

    Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus

    About the Opportunity

     

    We are seeking an experienced Manager or Director of Customer Service to lead a high-performing team within a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare company. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lower Fairfield County, ideal for someone with a background in the medtech or healthcare industry, who thrives in a regulated, complex environment where patient outcomes matter. You’ll oversee a team of ~10 and play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience, training internal teams and clients on product usage, and driving innovation in how we support and serve our partners.     What You’ll Do

     

    + Lead and develop a team of Customer Service professionals, fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture

    + Manage KPIs related to service delivery, with an emphasis on positive patient outcomes and client satisfaction

    + Train clients and internal teams on proper product usage and compliance protocols

    + Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure customer success

    + Evaluate and implement best-in-class CRM platforms and lead the team through digital transformation initiatives

    + Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency

    + Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards

    Requirements

    What You Bring

     

    + 5+ years in Customer Service leadership roles, ideally in the medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sectors

    + Proven experience managing and mentoring a team, with a strong track record of employee development

    + Background in regulated industries and comfort working with compliance and documentation standards

    + Strong communication and training skills—able to educate users on complex, technical products

    + Tech-savvy mindset with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)

    + Curiosity about AI and future technologies and how they can enhance the customer journey

    + Passion for driving results and improving both team performance and patient-facing outcomes
