Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position focused on managing high-volume recruitment efforts for a variety of roles. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions.

• Organize and participate in hiring events to attract top talent.

• Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview and hiring process.

• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CareerBuilder to source candidates with relevant experience.

• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies.

• Coordinate interview schedules and effectively manage applicant tracking systems.

• Travel occasionally to sister locations to support recruitment initiatives.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external candidates.

• Collaborate with HR teams to meet organizational hiring goals.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or similar roles.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and applicant tracking systems.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Experience conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with hiring standards.

• Ability to travel to support recruitment efforts at other locations when necessary.

• Familiarity with HR software such as UltiPro is preferred. TalentMatch®
