    We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Team Lead to oversee our PHP-based web development team. You will work closely with the Lead Developer and Product Owner to guide the team through a well-defined development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strategic alignment.     Key Responsibilities

    + Team Leadership & Oversight

    + Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers working in a Linux-based environment with Docker containers and MySQL databases.

    + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    + Process Management

    + Oversee the User Story Discovery phase in collaboration with the Product Owner and Lead Developer.

    + Approve Strategic Technical Scopes authored by the Lead Developer, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

    + Review and approve Tactical Technical Scopes created by developers, ensuring clarity and completeness before development begins.

    + Technical Guidance

    + Provide architectural and design input for PHP applications and services.

    + Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

    + Support containerized development and deployment using Docker.

    + Collaboration & Communication

    + Act as a liaison between product, development, and QA teams.

    + Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical reviews.

    + Ensure timely and transparent communication across all stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 5+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.

    + Strong understanding of MySQL, SQL, Linux environments, and Docker.

    + Proven experience managing structured development processes and approval workflows.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement.
