• SQL Developer

    Venture Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced SQL Developer with 5+ years in the industry who is hands-on and proficient in Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will excel at building complex queries, optimizing queries, and developing SSRS reports to support business insights and decision-making processes.

     

    This position is in office. The office is located in Plantation, FL.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Development:

    + Create, modify, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

    + Reporting & Data Analysis:

    + Utilize SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to design, develop, and deploy interactive reports.

    + Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    + Collaboration & Support:

    + Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers & business users

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    + Technical Expertise:

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions.

    + Extensive experience in SSRS report development, from designing to deploying reports.

    + Analytical Skills:

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

    + Ability to work with complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

    + Communication:

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Attention to Detail:

    + Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

     

    Support : Provide support during off hours, deployments & migrations.
